Bol Kaffara Kya Hoga Translation of Neha Kakkar Song 2025

Bol Kaffara Kya Hoga – Translation of New Bollywood Hit Song

Meta Description:  Bol Kaffara Kya Hoga is a popular song from new Bollywood film Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat. The female voice is by Neha Kakkar. Enjoy the poetic translation.

Setting the Background for Translating Bol Kaffara Kya Hoga

The upcoming film Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat is scheduled for a festive Diwali release on 21 October 2025. Ahead of the premiere, the lyrical videos of Bol Kaffara Kya Hoga have been unveiled. However, these videos stop short of revealing how the song will actually be placed within the narrative.

The refrain centres on the word “kaffara”, a term with layered meanings. In this context, the most fitting translation is atonement. The lyrics suggest a story of heartbreak: the male protagonist has wronged his beloved and now seeks forgiveness, asking her, “Bol kaffara kya hoga?” or “Tell me, what should my atonement be?”

Musically, the track blends male and female vocals with an added chorus. Given recent Bollywood trends, this stylistic choice hints that the number could appear on screen as an item song. Whether that is indeed the case will become clear once more details are revealed later this month.

The Poetic English Translation of the Lyrics of Bol Kaffara Kya Hoga

Male

With seven solemn vows

Ever we were bound

With God’s divine blessings

Our love has been crowned

With new promises

And new rituals problems abound

Lips say nothing

But my heartbeat does resound

Chorus

Rosary beads with letters from your name

Round my neck like a garland I wear

I don’t bother about what the world says

But only about your love I care

Female

You have won and I have lost

Yes, you have won and I have lost

I have lost and you have won

Chorus

I won’t love, my love, anymore

My love, anymore I won’t love

I will not love, Oh love

There will be no more involvement

What atonement atonement

What atonement atonement

Oh my love, pray tell me this

What should be the atonement

Female

Using every single heartbeat

Our hearts are now joined through and through

My eyes having found peace in yours

I’ve made you my prayer and worshipped you

Chorus

That I have loved you, you only say

Was it with some sinful intent

If I have committed a sin then pray

Tell me how should I now repent

Female

You care for the world more than me

More than me for the world you care

The heart did something amiss

Something amiss the heart did

Chorus

The heart did something amiss

Something amiss the heart did

Female

The heart did something amiss

Say what should be the atonement

Chorus

What atonement atonement

What atonement atonement

Oh my love, pray tell me this

What should be the atonement

Heartbeat O my heartbeat

Heartbeat O my heartbeat

Heartbeat heartbeat heartbeat heartbeat

O my heartbeat O my heartbeat

Female

The heart did something amiss

Something amiss the heart did

Translation of Ganga Aaye Kahan Se of Hindi Film Kabuliwala

Ganga Aaye Kahan Se – Hemant Kumar Golden Oldie Translated

Meta Description:  Ganga Aaye Kahan Se is a song from the popular movie Kabuliwala starring Balraj Sahni. Enjoy the poetic translation of Prem Dhawan lyrics sung by Hemant Kumar.

Setting the Background for Translating Ganga Aaye Kahan Se

Let me begin with the film Kabuliwala, which boasts some truly remarkable creative contributions:

·       The movie is based on the timeless story by Nobel Laureate Rabindranath Tagore.
·       The central role of Kabuliwala is portrayed by veteran actor Balraj Sahni.
·       The film’s music is composed by the renowned Salil Chowdhury, with lyrics penned by Prem Dhawan.

Kabuliwala, a merchant from Afghanistan, finds himself estranged and lonely in Calcutta. Seeking comfort, he turns to the banks of the Ganga. The river has flowed through countless towns and has witnessed the full spectrum of human emotions. Its waters have nourished all, without discrimination. Kabuliwala sees in it a force that unites all humanity.

The song was later used in Conrad Rooks movie, Siddhartha, based on the eponymous novel by Herman Hesse. The narrative has events along the banks of the Ganga and this song plays in the background.

The Poetic English Translation of the Lyrics of Ganga Aaye Kahan Se

Ganga from where do you come, Ganga to where do you go

From where do you come, to where do you go

Patterns of light and shade on your waters flow

Ganga from where do you come, Ganga to where do you go

Patterns of light and shade on your waters flow

Ganga from where do you come, Ganga to where do you go

Patterns of light and shade on your waters flow

Night that is dark and day so bright peacefully merge in you

Night that is dark and day so bright peacefully merge in you

Twilight has dissolved all the differences of form and hue

Patterns of light and shade on your waters flow

Ganga from where do you come, Ganga to where do you go

Patterns of light and shade on your waters flow

Made from glass or made from mud all these colourful bowls

Made from glass or made from mud all these colourful bowls

But you equally fill them up for all the thirsty souls

Patterns of light and shade on your waters flow

Ganga from where do you come, Ganga to where do you go

Patterns of light and shade on your waters flow

Different names and diverse tongues, unalike in form and face

Different names and diverse tongues, unalike in form and face

Gaze at them with love in the eyes and everyone embrace

Patterns of light and shade on your waters flow

Ganga from where do you come, Ganga to where do you go

Patterns of light and shade on your waters flow

Ganga from where do you come, Ganga to where do you go

The Original Hindi Lyrics of Ganga Aaye Kahan Se from Kabuliwala

Ganga aaye kahaan se, Ganga jaaye kahaan re

Aaye kahaan se, jaaye kahaan re

Laharaaye paani mein jaise dhoop chhaanw re

Ganga aaye kahaan se, Ganga jaaye kahaan re

Laharaaye paani mein jaise dhoop chhaanw re

Ganga aaye kahaan se, Ganga jaaye kahaan re

Laharaaye paani mein jaise dhoop chhaanw re

Raat kaari din ujiyaara mil gaye dono saaye

Raat kaari din ujiyaara mil gaye dono saaye

Saanjh ne dekho rang roop ke kaise bhed mitaaye re

Laharaaye paani mein jaise dhoop chhaanw re

Ganga aaye kahaan se, Ganga jaaye kahaan re

Laharaaye paani mein jaise dhoop chhaanw re

Kaanch koi maati koi rang-birange pyaale

Kaanch koi maati koi rang-birange pyaale

Pyaas lage to ek baraabar jis mein paani daale re

Laharaaye paani mein jaise dhup chhaanw re

Ganga aaye kahaan se, Ganga jaaye kahaan re

Laharaaye paani mein jaise dhoop chhaanw re

Naam koi, boli koi, laakhon roop aur chehare

Naam koi, boli koi, laakhon roop aur chehare

Khol ke dekho pyaar ki ankhen sab tere sab mere re

Laharaaye paani mein jaise dhup chhaanw re

Ganga aaye kahaan se, Ganga jaaye kahaan re

Laharaaye paani mein jaise dhoop chhaanw re

Deewaniyat Translation of Bollywood Vishal Mishra Song 2025

Deewaniyat – English Translation of New Bollywood Love Song

Meta Description:  Deewaniyat, the title song from new Bollywood film Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat is trending on social media. Enjoy the poetic translation set to the original music.

Setting the Background for Translating Deewaniyat

The movie Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat is slated for a Diwali release on 21 October 2025. While its trailers and teasers are already out, little has been revealed about the storyline. The lyrical videos of the title track Deewaniyat have also been released, but no context is provided about how the song fits into the film.

I was drawn to the song’s lyrics and decided to add them to Bollywood Translations. The word “deewaniyat” appears in one of the verses. Although it literally translates to “madness,” it does not refer to illness. Instead, it conveys the state of being madly in love—marked by obsession, frenzy, and a relentless desire to win the beloved’s affection at any cost. It even carries the tragic undertone of being willing to end one’s life if that love remains unfulfilled. These layers of meaning are intricately woven into the song, and I have tried to capture them in my translation.

The Poetic English Translation of the Lyrics of Deewaniyat

I have the right on your heart’s shrine

No doubt you are my love divine

No boundaries can separate us

You are all mine You are all mine

If you are a flame

Then just like a moth

Myself I will sear

Myself I will sear

More than death itself

Simply losing you

Is my greatest fear

Is my greatest fear

I want you terribly

You can call it my

Stubbornness or perhaps

My fantasy

You are desire truth you define

Says my madness you are genuine

I have embossed this on my heart

You are all mine You are all mine

Compared to you my whole lifetime

Isn’t worth even one single dime

This choice I’ve made, this oath I sign

I am all yours you are all mine

With dreams in my heart of getting your love

I lie awake till first light

But I don’t know why your two lovely eyes

Are ever poised for a fight

Even if my love you reject

On me it will have no effect

I really don’t care at all

Whatever be my outcome I’ll accept

Only you I desire

I’ll stand trial by fire

Consequences dire

I will face

You are desire truth you define

Says my madness you are genuine

I have embossed this on my heart

You are all mine You are all mine

Compared to you my whole lifetime

Isn’t worth even one single dime

This choice I’ve made, this oath I sign

I am all yours you are all mine

The Original Hindi Lyrics of Deewaniyat from Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat

Tere Dil Pe Haq Mera Hai
Tu Sanam Beshaq Mera Hai
Phir Lakeerein Hon Ya Na Hon
Tu Mera Hai Tu Mera Hai

Jo Tu Aag Hai
Haan To Phir Mujhe
Jalne Ka Shauk Hai
Jalne Ka Shauk Hai
Marne Se Kahin
Jyada Haan Tujhe
Khone Ka Khauf Hai
Khone Ka Khauf Hai

Tu Chahiye Mujhe
Chahe Kahe Ise
Mera Junoon Ya Phir
Tu Zid Meri

Tu Hi Armaa Tu Hi Sach Hai
Keh Rahi Deewaniyat Hai
Main Ye Dil Pe Likh Chuka Hoon
Tu Mera Hai Tu Mera Hai
Tere Aage Zindagi Ki
Khaakh Jitni Ehmiyat Hai
Faisla Main Kar Chuka Hoon
Tu Mera Main Bhi Hu Bas Tera

Paane Ki Tujhko
Hasrat Liye Hi
Raaton Ko Main
Jagta Hoon
Kyu Jaane Phir Bhi
Dushaman Teri Do
Ankhon Ko
Main Lagta Hoon

Kahe Na Chahe Tu Mujhe
Karunga Tujhe Ishq Main
Mujhe Ye Parwaah Nahi
Jo Bhi Ho Mera Anjaam Har Haal Mein

Tu Chahiye Mujhe
Jo Bhi Saza Mile
Parwaah Hai Phir Kise
Anjaam Ki

Tu Hi Armaa Tu Hi Sach Hai
Keh Rahi Deewaniyat Hai
Main Ye Dil Pe
Likh Chuka Hu
Tu Mera Hai Tu Mera Hai
Tere Aage Zindagi
Khaakh Jitni Ehmiyat Hai
Faisla Main Kar Chuka Hoon
Tu Mera Main Bhi Hu Bas Tera

Jee Na Paaye Poetic Translation of Song by Hansika Pareek

Jee Na Paaye: Hansika Pareek Priyankit Jaiswal Duet Translated

Meta Description: Jee Na Paaye is a new duet from Hansika Pareek and Priyankit Jaiswal released in 2025. It is a song of separation or viraha. Enjoy the poetic translation.

Setting the Background for Translating Jee Na Paaye

It is a familiar, timeless Bollywood setting: two lovers bound by deep affection but separated by misunderstandings. Love continues to pull them toward each other, yet pride keeps them from taking that one crucial step toward reconciliation. The song lets you experience a spectrum of emotions—poignancy, longing, self-reproach, concern, stalemate and more.

Hansika Pareek has carved a niche for herself with songs that dive into these emotional depths, whether through Hindi cinema or her independent projects. Jee Na Paaye—which translates to “cannot live”—is a powerful new addition to her repertoire, capturing the essence of love doomed for unfulfillment.

The Poetic English Translation of the Lyrics of Jee Na Paaye

Female

Has the mirror cracked

Or is it my heart

My tears on wet pillows

Compose sorrow’s art

The creases left by you

On my bedsheet I trace,

Without any reason

Your habits I embrace

In my thoughts you reside

You I’ve always deified

Male

Memories came but you did not

My screams of pain unheard forgot

House is lonely me a robot

Live without you I just cannot

My waiting eyes with tears are shot

No one should see that I’m distraught

The ways to mask this I know not

Live without you I cannot

Live without you I cannot

Female

If you ask me then instantly

My breath I will freeze

Without thinking I will freeze

All my thoughts about you I

Will unfold in the breeze

Without being told in the breeze

Male

You and I are equally

Smitten by love’s dart

Then why without reason

We are drifting apart

Female

Memories came but you did not

My screams of pain unheard forgot

House is lonely me a robot

Live without you I just cannot

Male

My waiting eyes with tears are shot

No one should see that I’m distraught

The ways to mask this I know not

Live without you I cannot

O! Live without you I cannot

Oh! You were not wrong

And nor was I right

We were in love

But couldn’t unite

Centuries passed time wore thin

You did not lose I did not win

Oh! You were not wrong

And nor was I right

We were in love

But couldn’t unite

Centuries passed time wore thin

You did not lose I did not win

The Original Hindi Lyrics of Jee Na Paaye

Female

Aaina Toota Hai
Ya Hai Ye Mera Dil
Bheege Takiye Pe
Dardon Ki Mehfil

Chaadaron Mein Bhi Toh
Silvatein Teri Hai
Mujhme Hi Bewajah
Aadatein Teri Hai

Yaadon Mein Tu Hi Hai
Aur Tujhse Hi Yaade Hai

Male

Yaade Aaye Tu Na Aaye
Cheekhe Koi Sun Na Paaye
Khali Ghar Ab Na Bhaaye
Tere Bina Jee Na Paaye

Aankhen Meri Nam Ho Jaye
Koi Bhee Na Dekh Paaye
Kaise Ab Hum Chhupaaye
Tere Bina Jee Na Paaye
Tere Bina Jee Na Paaye

Female

Tum Jo Keh Do To Pal Mein
Saanson Ko Rok Loon Mai
Haan Bin Soche Rok Loon Mai

Teri Baate Sari In
Hawaon Mein Ghol Doon Mai
Yoon Bin Boley Ghol Doon Mai

Male

Tera Jo Haal Hai
Mera Bhi Wo Haal Hai
Phir Bhi Kyun Bewajah
Badh Rahi Ye Dooriya

Female

Yaade Aaye Tu Na Aaye
Cheekhe Koi Sun Na Paaye
Khaali Ghar Ab Na Bhaaye
Tere Bina Jee Na Paaye

Male

Aankhen Meri Nam Ho Jaaye
Koi Bhi Na Dekh Paaye
Kaise Ab Hum Chupaaye
Tere Bina Jee Na Paaye
Ke Tere Bina Jee Na Paaye

Ho Na Galat Tu
Na Main Sahi Tha
Ishq Hoke Bhi
Ishq Nahi Tha

Beeti Sadiyaan Saal Beeta
Na Tu Haara Na Main Jeeta

Na Galat Tu
Na Mai Sahi Tha
Ishq Hoke Bhi
Ishq Nahi Tha

Beeti Sadiya Saal Beeta
Na Tu Hara Na Mai Jeeta

The Literal English Translation of the Lyrics of Jee Na Paye

Has the mirror shattered

Or is it my heart

On wet pillows

Is a gathering of pain

Even in the bedsheets

Are your creases

Without reason in me

Are your habits

Only you are in my memories

And from you, memories are made

Memories came you did not come

No one could hear my screams

The empty house now repulses me

I cannot live without you

My eyes become moist

No one can see them

How can I hide them

I cannot live without you

If you say then in a moment

I will stop my breath

Yes without thinking I will stop

All your talk

I will dissolve in the winds

Without your saying I will dissolve

What your situation is

The same situation is mine

Then why without any reason

The separation is increasing

You were not wrong

Nor was I right

Though we loved each other

The spark of romance was missing

Years and centuries passed

You did not lose I did not win

Translation of Ek Pardesi Mera Dil Le Gaya to Original Music

Ek Pardesi Mera Dil Le Gaya – Asha Rafi Hit Duet Translated

Meta Description:  Ek Pardesi Mera Dil Le Gaya is a golden oldie Bollywood hit song. This Asha-Rafi duet has Madhubala and Bharat Bhushan. Enjoy my poetic karaoke translation.

Setting the Background for Translating Ek Pardesi Mera Dil Le Gaya

Banani (Madhubala), a gypsy girl, is in love with Bijan (Bharat Bhushan), a wealthy landowner. However, her father disapproves of their relationship and insists she marry within their own clan. To prevent her from seeing Bijan, he keeps her confined. During a local fair, he orders Banani to dance to draw in crowds, but she refuses. Just then, she hears a familiar melody played by Bijan, disguised as a wandering minstrel. She joins him in a flirty performance of Ek Pardesi Mera Dil Le Gaya.

In the song, Banani is heartbroken after being jilted by a foreigner. Aware of her secret, Bijan playfully teases her about the failed romance. He even offers to reunite the estranged lovers, but only if she agrees to give him something in return.

Notes on the Translation

‘Pardesi’ literally translates to foreigner, but ‘foreigner’ does not quite capture the emotional nuance of the song. In Hindi films, a pardesi is usually stereotyped as a stranger from another place who has won the heroine’s heart and then returned leaving her heartbroken and helpless. In the translation I have therefore used stranger for pardesi, which better suits both the emotional context and the lyrical rhythm.

The phrase ‘thandi aahen’ is an idiom in Hindi that expresses a state of misery, usually because of unrequited love. The line ‘thandi thandi aahon ka salaam de gaya’ can be interpreted as ‘he departed leaving me miserable’. The literal English translation of ‘thandi aahen’ would be ‘frosty sighs or breaths’, which does not convey the figurative meaning of the original. Therefore, I've rendered it in a way that preserves the emotional tone rather than the literal words.

The Poetic English Translation of the Lyrics of Ek Pardesi Mera Dil Le Gaya

Asha

A stranger stole my heart my soul also

And in its place he left behind a sweet sorrow

Asha

Yes.. A stranger stole my heart my soul also

And in its place he left behind a sweet sorrow.. Yes

Rafi

Which stranger stole your heart your soul also

Leaving your big beautiful eyes with a teary flow

Rafi

Hey..Which stranger stole your heart your soul also

Leaving your big beautiful eyes with a teary flow

Asha

My stranger’s magic charm you just cannot surpass

His eyes are like quartz bright his youth like fragile glass

But he abandoned me left me feeling low

And in its place he left behind a sweet sorrow

Rafi

Which stranger stole your heart your soul also

Leaving your big beautiful eyes with a teary flow

Rafi

Umpteen suitors are vying for your grace

Bestow on them of fair one the aura of your face

Asha

The stranger has taken with him my radiant glow

And in its place he left behind a sweet sorrow

Rafi

Which stranger stole your heart your soul also

Leaving your big beautiful eyes with a teary flow

Rafi

What if I call him – draw him near once more

What will you grant me if I bring him to your door

Asha

He took away all I had the knavish fellow

And in its place he left behind a sweet sorrow

Rafi

Which stranger stole your heart your soul also

Leaving your big beautiful eyes with a teary flow

Asha

A stranger stole my heart my soul also

And in its place he left behind a sweet sorrow
