Rani Bharti and her husband, Bheema Bharti, have been living apart for political reasons. On the occasion of the Teej festival, Rani visits her husband to perform the traditional rituals, only to discover him in the embrace of another woman. Heartbroken, the emotional distance between them becomes irrevocable. As she returns home, the haunting melody of Nirmohiya — meaning one incapable of giving affection — plays in the background, underscoring the painful end of their relationship. The repeated use of “nirmohiya” in each verse serves as an accusation.
